Overview

About the experience

The Timlalin Dunes stretch along Morocco's Atlantic coast near Tamri, about 60 km north of Agadir. On a quad bike (ATV) you cover far more of this landscape than on foot: wide sandy plains, rolling dune ridges and lookout points where the desert meets the ocean. It is one of the most exciting things to do near Agadir and Taghazout.

Your local guide gives you a full briefing before setting off and rides with the group throughout, adapting the pace to beginners and more confident riders. Riding on sand feels completely different from riding on a road — the terrain shifts under the wheels and every crest reveals a new view.

Quad biking pairs perfectly with sandboarding or a canyon tour for a full adventure day, and the evening ends beautifully with mint tea on the dunes at sunset.
